Jon has specialised in company and commercial work throughout his career and has handled a wide range of corporate and commercial/contractual transactions for clients in both the private and public sectors. His experience and expertise includes a very substantial number of company and business sales and acquisitions, management buy-outs, corporate re-organisations, refinancing and restructuring including the banking and security related issues, shareholder agreements and partnerships.

Jon also has vast experience in venture capital financing transactions, acting for equity funds providing seed and development capital predominantly for telecommunications technology companies and acting also for companies in all sectors raising equity finance.

Married with two young children, Jon lives in Cardiff and his recreational interests include playing golf and tennis and watching football and rugby.
