Alex is an experienced commercial litigator fully familiar with County Court and High Court procedures, together with mediation and arbitration. He has handled matters in the Court of Appeal and the International Court of Arbitration. Alex has acted on a number of multi – jurisdictional disputes. He has particular knowledge in the banking sector, having qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Formerly an officer in the Merchant Navy, Rob has a wealth of industry experience to back up 12 years as a solicitor dealing with commercial disputes and advising on areas as diverse as shipping/transport, construction, company/ shareholder disputes, professional negligence and contentious trusts. Rob acts for a wide range of companies and professional clients, in high court/county court litigation and specialist arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience of cross-border disputes, mediation and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution and is a member of several professional associations

Jo has specialised in general commercial litigation since qualification in 1999 and has experience of a wide range of commercial disputes including debt collection matters, contractual disputes, contentious probate, property litigation disputes and injunctive and compensatory relief (including Freezing Orders) for both public bodies and private individuals. Jo has attended Court frequently and is a member of both the Wales Commercial Lawyers Association (WCLA) and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).
